Flexible Capacity Built Around Our Own Workshop
Our own workshop remains the core of Kaideng’s manufacturing operation. When projects require additional capacity or specific production support, we can coordinate with qualified local production partners.
One Core Workshop, Extended Production Support
We distinguish clearly between our own workshop and external production partners. Partner support is used only when the requirements of a project make it necessary.
Kaideng Own Workshop
Our own workshop in Pujiang, Zhejiang is the core of our production operation and supports knit and woven apparel, sampling and in-house inspection.
Qualified Local Production Partners
Selected local production partners can provide additional capacity or support for certain project requirements when needed.
More Flexibility When Projects Require It
A coordinated production network gives us more flexibility without presenting partner capacity as part of our own workshop.
Capacity Support
Additional production support can be arranged when order requirements exceed the most suitable capacity of our own workshop.
Category Support
Certain apparel programs may benefit from specific local production resources or construction experience.
Flexible Coordination
Production can be arranged according to the needs of each individual project rather than using one fixed model.
One Project, Clear Requirements
Whether production is completed in our own workshop or supported by a qualified local partner, the project requirements must stay clearly defined and coordinated.
Production follows the confirmed sample, construction details and project requirements.
Fabrics, trims, labels and other details are coordinated according to the project.
Relevant quality expectations are communicated throughout the production arrangement.
Production information remains coordinated through the project rather than being treated as separate orders.
Production Support Based on Project Needs
Partner production is not presented as a fixed part of our own workshop. It is used according to the needs of a specific project.
When a project requires more production capacity than is appropriate for our own workshop alone.
When a particular construction or production requirement benefits from additional local support.
When production planning requires more flexibility to coordinate different garments or order requirements.
When an apparel program includes multiple garment categories that may require different production arrangements.
Production Flexibility Still Requires Clear Control
Expanding production capacity only makes sense when the requirements of the project remain clear.
We coordinate confirmed specifications, garment details, quality expectations and packing requirements according to the needs of each production program.
EXPLORE QUALITY CONTROL →Used as a practical reference for confirmed garment details.
Key garment construction details remain clearly defined.
Relevant production and finished garment checks are coordinated.
Labels and packing follow confirmed project information.
How Production Support Is Coordinated
Production arrangements are determined after reviewing the garment, quantity and project requirements.
Review Project
Understand product category, quantity and construction.
Determine Production Plan
Review whether production is best handled internally or with additional local support.
Confirm Requirements
Align sample, construction, materials and project details.
Coordinate Production
Manage the production arrangement according to the confirmed plan.
Quality Review
Check relevant production and finished garment requirements.
Packing & Shipment
Prepare finished goods according to the project requirements.
Own Factory and Partner Capacity Are Not the Same Thing
Our own workshop is approximately 700 m² with around 30 employees. Qualified local production partners are separate production resources and are used only when appropriate for a particular project.
